Export to PDF
File → Export → Create PDF/XPS. PDFs preserve fonts and layout and are the safest way to share, but they are not editable - your animations and notes are gone.
Handouts
File → Print → Print Layout: Handouts (6 slides per page) produces physical copies for the audience. Add notes under slides by choosing Notes pages.
Export to Video
File → Export → Create a Video: pick resolution and duration per slide (use your Rehearse Timings!), then export an MP4. Video preserves transitions and animations - great for LMS or social posts.
Package for CD / Folder
File → Export → Package Presentation for CD bundles the deck and any linked media into one folder - essential when the file ships to another machine.
Share Online
- Save to OneDrive and Share (File → Share) for link-based collaboration.
