Refund Policy

1. Free Tutorials

All tutorials on GroovyGrails Tutorial Hub are provided completely free of charge. There are no charges to access, download, or use any tutorial content, so no refunds apply to tutorial access.

2. Paid Training & Services

Where online training, corporate workshops, or consulting services are offered on a paid basis, the following refund terms apply:

• Before start of course: Full refund minus any bank/payment gateway processing fees.
• Within first 48 hours of the first session: 75% refund of the course fee.
• After the first session has completed: No refund; however, we offer a free make-up session or transfer of enrollment to another scheduled batch, subject to availability.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with your name, the course name, payment reference, and the reason for the refund. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not offered where the learning material has been substantially accessed or consumed, or where a promotional payment was explicitly marked non-refundable at the time of purchase.
