Generate Images with Grok (Aurora)
Prompt Anatomy
Subject first, then style, composition, lighting and mood, then what to exclude: a street-food stall at night, cinematic photo, neon signs reflected in wet road, moody, no people, no text. Concrete nouns beat adjectives.
Practical Workflow
Generate several variants and pick a direction before refining. Edit with words (same scene at dawn, wider angle) instead of restarting. Ask Grok to critique its own image against your brief; the second generation is usually the keeper.
Limits
Rendered text still garbles, hands and faces prefer simple poses, and photorealism of real people raises ethical and policy lines. Keep generations clearly labeled when publishing.
